Hi, recently purchased a 2006 A150 and am experiencing vibrations up through clutch pedal. Mainly happens when accelerator is used at same time as clutch (i.e. when pulling away on hill start) and also under engine braking. I've returned it to the dealer who said that they all vibrate a bit sir. Is this a common problem ? Does anyone know what may be causing it ?

The exhasut also seems noisy to me - is this also something common with the A-Class ?

Cheers for any assistance,

We have a 2006 A150 Classic SE. There is no vibration through the clutch pedal and the exhaust is very quiet as you would expect for this sort of car.

Doesn't sound right to me - take it back to the dealer!

Hi
During a test drive of the A class when they came out, I felt that the engine was a bit noisy compared to my car.
What is the mileage ? Is it a normal manual drive ?

Also A150 owner. No problem with clutch vibration. Engine/exhaust smooth and quiet. Have not heard this is a problem with new model (169).
