I own a 1999 A160 and we're having a problem with remote central locking. The remote key fob works enabling the alarm to be de activated (although I have have to press the unlock button twice!) however none of the doors or boot unlock. To unlock the driver door, it has to be done manually with the 'flip up' bit of the key and then unlock the other passenger doors from the inside of the car manually (the boot cannot be unlocked using the key manually) Also, after the car has been manually locked from inside and the alarm activated, one of rear passenger doors remains unlocked. Any help as to how we can solve this would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Jess

Welcome to the site.

Check under the spare wheel to make sure theres no water in there, thats where the pump for the locking is!!
