Hi all,
A couple of days ago, my "engine diagnostic indicator" started shining at me from the dashboard of my A180 CDI. I took it to my regular indy who plugged in the Star computer and came back with the diagnosis: Injector 1 calibration data lost. On the computer screen the fault was listed as both active and stored, so it was no surprise that soon after the fault was reset, it came back again.
Is the data held by the injector or ECU? Or neither? Can it be re-loaded or am I looking at replacing some bits?
The car is driving fine, with no adverse affect on performance or consumption (yet). Any help or advise would be great!
