A220, passenger light

Hello, I have a 2019 A220 a class. When a passenger gets into the car and the passenger light comes on. And after a few mins of driving the light goes off. The battery was replace with BOSCH. Should I purchase a battery from Mercedes, would this solve the problem. TIA

Replace the battery if you need a battery - test it with a voltmeter. Not your problem.
Based on the pics, not sure of the light to which you refer.

It’s a new battery AA came with a new battery beginning of August with a BOSCH battery. The right pic is the light on and someone is sat in the passenger seat.

Right picture the light goes off after few mins driving
