Where should the fluid be on the ABC system dipstick?

Unlike the power steering resevoir which says 'MAX' the ABC system dipstick -which I presume is the larger resevoir behind the power steering one -is printed in German!.

The words are printed down the side and, translated, say: 'Engine on empty' and on the other side 'Engine empty' but it is not clear where the levels should be.

Can anyone help?

ABC Fluid level

Thank you for that info. However, do you check it with the engine running or switched off?
