Hello,
I have recently replaced lower and upper control arms and inner and outer tie rods (w203, c220). Nearside and offside done. Car drives really well as a result, on the test drive ABS and ESP warning lights came on (about 2 mins in).
I know the wheel alignment needs to be done, I just don't want to get it done if I have to go back over anything else and disrupt it! Is it possible the wheel allignment is causing the warning lights? In which case the next step should be getting the tracking done? If so, will the fault clear itself or do I need to clear it somehow?
Figured its likely I damaged an ABS sensor when I was doing the work?
My apologies for all the questions, I'm new to Mercedes. Always maintained vehicles, just a little older and less technical!
Many Thanks.
