ABS light - 1997 E230 auto petrol

Another ABS query. Light came on several weeks ago. One garage diagnosed the problem and replaced the main unit in the ABS circuitry - a metal box about 6 inches wide - didn't fix problem. Was fortunate to find an independent MB specialist who worked out that it's a problem with what must be a small item as it's access by removing the fuse box cover. It's part No A2105450332. They've hunted but can't find that spare part - neither through MB nor other routes. Obviously an MOT failure later this year which would be a shame as it's in great condition. Does anyone here have any suggestions (and apologies for the layman's explanation of the issue!)

If you google that part number then there are multiple results - just depends if you want new or used and UK or European supply
