Help please! I bought a 2010 G55 AMG (wish I had not!) I have discovered the ABS unit is from an A Class part starts A006, the correct part is A4634460389, however there is not a used one available anywhere in the world! A new one from a Mercedes is £2731, plus fitting and coding, I want to avoid this huge expense, of I can? Another Part A4635450316 is advertised used for a 2011 G55 AMG, also another seller is selling a used 0316 part for a G350 2010, can anybody help? Is it possible to code a sale year and model ABS unit? Although the VIN WDCYC7AF4AX184254 shows the correct part as A4634460389, any help would really be appreciated!

you really cannot expext to repair such a car for chump change.
What problems are you experiencing with the car.
look on MB TEILE KATALOG for the correct pn based on the vin.
pn are pn and thus specific.
If you get the correct PN it will still need coding.
The module died on my W220 2 years back. Got a new one, was about 1800.

Yes I appreciate it not going to be cheap, but £4000 inc fitting, coding etc, I would be crazy not trying to find a used one!
Usual fault messages ESP and ABS inoperative

Well this is what I am trying to find out on hear, I know if I can find the right one it can be coded to the VIN, what I really want to know is in my first post, if anyone out there can help!

Are you certain its the pump at fault and not the one of the wheel speed sensors.?
Have you taken the G55 to a Mercedes specialist and had any fault codes read on Star?

Def pump main fault, it’s off a A Class, star diagnostics comes back with loads of faults with no text found, this there say is because it’s the wrong pump and therefore not messaging correctly

A new one can definitely be coded but a s/h one (even the correct part) may not as stated. Not sure the copy star shown would do it either.
