Abs warning

Hi there I'm knew to this forum but glad to join I'm having a few issues with my Mercedes clk 200 kompressor it keeps registering 3 faults on dash abs being 1 of them I've had it to a garage and they told me it needed new abs rings as they were broken but that you had to buy new shafts and told me they were roughly 400-600 £ each its a 2001 6 speed manual any help or info would be great

Hello and welcome, you do not have to buy new shafts as reluctance rings are cheap to by to over come the problem, you just fit the new rings to your existing shafts

There is a post on here recently giving a part number for buying the rings seperately from MB.
These were for a 210 but it might help
The part number is MA210 357 00 82 it was less than I thought at £4.25. MB call it an impulse ring
