I am considering servicing my AC and air flow to try and cure the condensation problem i am having within the my car.
Can anyone offer any advice as to what maybe the best way to go and on what parts i may need to change and or service?

Thanks in Advance.

First check the pollen filter, if blocked with leaves or dust, etc, it will cause condensation problems due to restricting the flow of outside air into the car. It is very easy to change (about 5 minutes)

Check out this filter supplier for prices..............

Do you have the Haynes manual for your car? As far as I know there is one available for the W124. probably worth having.

I think it may be behind the glove box (remove the glove box to access the filter) or it may be just below the glove box ...
