Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can find an accelerator cable for a 230E 1982? Or what price I'm likely going to have to pay?

Try your local MB parts dept, you'd be surprised at how many parts they still carry for old cars.

Thanks for that, I will check my local MB dealer, I was thinking that they wouldn't carry parts that old.

Do you think I would have better luck at a MB wreckers yard?
