Adblue. Am I missing something?

Hi all, new to this group and owning my Merc.

So, I recently bought a low mileage E class coupe 2014 250d amg line and I'm loving it, however, I'm completly perplexed.

My wife has the SLK 250d and she has the adblue tank in the boot.

My car has no tank and a space saver tyre, no filler cap where the diesel filler cap is and I can't locate anything under the bonnet.
Is it just my car engine version didn't have the adblue and I've dodged that with the 7 speed auto and the good ladies has the updated 9 speed auto and euro 6 engine?

Hopefully someone can advise me as I've looked on so many posts and just can't seem to figure it out as to whether I'm looking for a none existant item ;-)

No AdBlue - so beware of ULEZ zones - Check your compliance certificate - should say Euro 5

Don’t quote me on this but, generally MBs from around 2015 onwards got adblue as I understand across the board. Before that, only some. For example my 2011 S350 has adblue. Remove the space saver, under it is a little cap, remove that and the adblue is under that. Some MBs have the adblue filler by the fuel filler. If it’s not in any of those places I think you don’t have it.

If your car is a BlueTec then it will have ad blue, if just a Blue Efficiency then it won’t,
