Hi guys,

Quick question. I recently changed rear discs on my 212 but the parking brake ended up a bit loose - was always on the weak side but now it's no good.

I know there is a little spindle that you reach in with a screwdriver, but what way does it go to tighten?

I see on the WIS article, they say to tighten it up until disc won't move, then back it by a certain number of turns. Sounds straight forward enough to me.. Just which way?

I don't want to go the wrong way and end up running it off the thread.

Thanks

You can’t run it off the thread . One side of the car it adjusts up to tighten , the other side down . Jack the rear of the car up and put it on stands , adjust one side so the wheel doesn’t turn , then back off two clicks . Go to the other side and do the same again .
Then put the foot brake on and see how it feels , then adjust a click or so if necessary
