Admins: Does the MBOA get 10% at EEC MB dealers?

Hoping to move out to south of France or northern Italy early next year (not permanently-just 9 month's a year), & will drive down in the E 280, but should the unthinkable happen, will the French or Italian MB dealers recognise the MBOA club card & give 10% discount like the UK does?
