Advice on 2002 c320 estate

Would appreciate some advice.
Looking to change my wheels on my 2002 c class estate, does anyone know if the wheels from an E class will fit?
Part number B6 647 2157, have done a search and the part no links back to E class but no mention of C class.
Any help/advice would be great.
