I'm about to go on a 15 day holiday and I'm trying to find out if it would be wise to disconnect the battery on my C220Cdi for this period of time, as I'm aware of the alarm system when the battery drops charge.
Thanks.

Funny coincidence you should write that - I've just got back after 19 days away (same car) to a completely flat battery. Hope that answers the question....

If you have a non MB alarm system then probably best to disconnect the battery. If not and the battery is in good condition you should be ok
