Advice on panoramic roof servicing

Serviced my panoramic roof but not sure I've done it right. I bought the mercedes paste listed on here. Cleaned the rails and regreased. Closed fine but stopped halfway when tried to open. Redone everything again seems to be working now but I've convinced myself it's making a different noise when opening. The service pictures aren't clear which bit of rail needs coating. Anyone done it themselves and offer some advice?

My sunroof has always made a clicking sound when opening and closing - sounded like wires pinging.
Even after having a sunroof service, it was still the same.
It got to the point where I never opened it due to it struggling to close. I bought the Mercedes grease and lubricant and gave it go.
First I opened on tilt and used some WD40 high-performance silicone spray and gave it a good spray on any moving part that I could see.
I used the drops/grease as suggested in the diagrams and opened/closed a few times. It opened and closed OK but still clicked a fair bit.
A few days later I added some more lubricant drops in the rear channels - I realized I did this incorrectly the first time - I put in the wrong place - further down the channel towards the back.
it now opens without any noise whatsoever - the best it's been in my 6 years of ownership.

Is it making a different noise just because it is now nice and clean and freshly regressed ?

it's silent - only can hear it sliding - it's very satisfying opening and closing now
