Aftermarket Headunit wood effect fascia

hi, km looking to change out the okd comand 2.0 i have, i have the older center console that goes over and around the headunit, is there any fascias to accept a double din with the grain effect as i can only find black ones, thanks guys

If you can remove the black fascia you can get them hydrographically printed with wood effect?

.....or wood wraps can be very convincing and (as long as the panel is accessible) and are easy to DIY.
