I've currently got an 01 E55 which comes with what was at the time, the state of the art Comand system with integrated sat nav, phone etc. I love the E55, best car I've ever owned, but the Comand system is showing it's age and to be frank is a bit pants!!
What I'm looking for is a double din replacement offering Ipod control, bluetooth (I bought uber expensive ViseeQ bluetooth adapter but it's worse than useless!), DVD, have a Sirius Proline so not that bothered about Navi.
Has anyone gone down this route? Is there a manufacturer who make a unit compatible with D2B that can use the steering wheel controls?
I'd be really grateful for any advice, have spent hours searching the net and finding lots of contradictory info!!
