I have seen a nice ? SIP Compressor
SIP 06242 Airmate TN3/50-D Air Compressor
10 Bar, 14 CFM 50 L tank, Apparently has cast iron bore.
They say its a rebadged Nuair. (Which I think is a better Italian Made brand)
Only negative is I don't like the weird skinny PCL Std. Female quick release.
I want the Euro PCL variety XF high flow, as I have these on my hoses and PCL tyre gauge.
Their QR coupler Screws directly into the ally regulator block, and their technical say, it has a green thread sealer.
I guess that needs heating to remove it ?
Just worried about heating up the regulator, some have O Rings and a rubber membrane?
Anyone know what thread sealer is green, loctities is red or blue.
Just trying To ascertain if this is a High or Medium strength sealer.
Any views on SIP, or Nuair or Abac ?
Alternative is a Nuair or Abac 24L tank version. Nicer being smaller, but is 24L too small to do any small spray jobs. No I wont be painting car panels just small stuff.
any advice appreciated.
