Air Con Question

on my c240 Sport i assume it has air con .......(it says on that "Spec" website it has ) .....Does this mean the air con is on ALL THE TIME & if I push the "EC" button it goes off????............errrr I think

Think that if you push the EC (Economy?) button a red light will come one it warning you that the A/C is off.

I just leave mine on all the time, no noticeable difference in fuel and it stops the seals drying/splitting.

Cheers Dave Thats what I thought it was .......but the ****** manuals I got with the car only mention the digital air con control (all 7 pages of it !!!!) AAARRRGGGHHH!!!

Thought I'd need a degree in electronics when I read the book, though figured it out by messing

The old man as it in his 220. I keep telling him he can set all 4 zones from the console but after a bit of mucking about, he gave up last time and climbed in the back. There certainly are a lot of buttons.

A bit wasted on me really as there's usually only me in the car

Usually I'd get a friend to drive it around for an hour or so, with me mooching all over it, but not many friends I'd trust driving this one.

Need a couple of days just playing with it, but will hopefully be flopping down to S.W. France in the next couple of weeks, either just before or the week in between Christmas, so may get a chance to set it up properly then

Just saving up for the petrol at the moment
