The Air Con button on my Cls grand Edition 2010 is flashing red five times .

Anything in The glove box manual buddy ? It doesn’t sound very positive though , maybe low gas .
When was it last freshened up ?

Low pressure.
get it regassed, always run air con, it stops seals drying out so keeps pressure.
has minimal effect on mpg.

Ask ATS to check the system pressure, then to do a nitrogen pressure test if it's emptied itself. It is far better than the AC machine doing a vacuum test.

Check Groupon for vouchers as well, ATS often do them

i find the gas needs a top up ca every 7 years to keep on top

Just had a look at your mates website. I know where that is very well Used to work over that way back in the day.
Just lately iv'e been looking at getting a remap and notice that they do that so i will message him for a price.
