Hi All,
I'm new to this forum, so hope I'm posting in the correct place.
The A/C on my 1986 W126 500 SEC coupe is not working, and I suspect it's because it needs a new expansion valve. Can someone please confirm the location of this valve?
According to a US thread, it's located above the brake pedal on LHD models, but I wondered if this still applies to RHD versions.
I removed the panel below the glove box and can see pipes running across to the driver's side, but just wanted to double-check before ripping away the dash.
