Air intake engine compartment cl204

Hello I was wondering if anyone knows if the secondary intake under the bonnet is supposed to be blanked off on a 4 cylinder engine. My car has just returned from a minor repair where the bumper and grill were removed and I think they may have forgotten to replace the blanking plate for the left hand
unused intake (as when facing the car with bonnet open) I assume this is only
in use on 6 and 8 cylinder models. my car is a c200 cgi coupe.

Yes it should have a blank, i ordered that same part last year for a chap who somehow (lost) his one.......
