Thanks for the reply i have searched that area and there are 3 boxes 1 a junction box and the others are not the control box i am looking for ... I assume you are referring to the boxes under the carpet fixed to metal plate Ian

Thanks mioba i have removed and awaiting a replacement covid 19 is not helping spares any how i have discovered what is on top of the air bags .....a air solenoid so i have cut the wires and air pipe in rear connected a small air compressor to the pipe and applied 12 volts to the air solenoids and hay presto a drivable car for the time being. i have still not located the position on the air suspension control box its not in the passenger footwell (UK)?????i also think this might be a culprit
Best for now Ian

read this post a few times and don't understand much

the control module is not the sensors... the sensors are on the suspension and the link rod ball joints seize up and this snaps off the senors regularly

The link rod rusts away to dust too.
