Hi everyone, i have a merc amg 1998 AMG. Recently i have taken the battery off my merc as i have had it stood to do it up. Battery been off about 3 months. I now brought a new battery and put it on. What i am finding is banging and popping from all the airbag areas which is worrying me about driving it now incase all the airbags pop out!. I have had the battery off before for long periods of time but i never had the popping noises before!
Can anyone shed any light on why its doing this and how to overcome this?
