Hi guys,
I have a problem with my W202 2001 estate ventilation system.
It is not starting up when the car is started. 10-20 minutes of running later the fans start up. The car is a 2001 W202 Sport estate C200 Kompressor Tiptonic with 125k miles on it.
I thought it was a problem with the heat build up when parked but it has started happening when it is not so hot. My latest thought is that the battery is not charging enough - the battery was new in June 2007, and maybe it all cuts back in once the battery has enough output.
My wife drives the car 5 miles in traffic to work every day - and then back again - so it does not really have the chance of a proper charge.
