I changed a couple O rings on my fuel lines. Now it has airlock and it wont start. How do i bleed the system? Or is it a case of keep trying to start it? Getting to the point where my battery is dying cos im trying to start it for too long...

Depends on which car you have...

If it's modern then it should self-bleed, if it doesn't self bleed then look for a hand pump on the fuel lines.

Try cranking for a few seconds then resting then cranking etc,.

If it still won't start make sure all the jubilee clips are tight, fuel lines are the right way round, etc,.

Or, park the car facing down a hill if you can.

The normal way is to slacken the connection where the air is situated and turn the engine over, and re tighten when fuel comes out.

In the case of the filter, this should always be filled with fuel first

Sorted it thanks.

Made sure fuel filter was full and it was. Found another small leak while trying to bleed it (GREAT)
