EDITED OUT...... PM me for original

The only **** active wires I see here are '****' and '*****' and one ****(*) from **** to another **** to ***** ***** wire.

There is a circuit between the **** and ****. This circuit interupts the **** switch and the ****, so it is the ***** circuit. It must be **** to start the car.

The *** **** are optional, it seems. They disconnect the **** control from the ***** via ****

Disconnect power.
Join **** *******.
This should turn *** **** switch.
Reconnect power
Turn alarm off with fob

PS: Not leaving this info on the board for too long.

Key Fob Blues

The above may be of use to me except it has been edited.

This is an excellent site and has been a great help so far today. However, I am stuck!

I have a 1991 300TE with a Scorpion alarm model 918. The key fobs both refuse to work and alarm will not reset. I have switched it off manually with the barrel key but then the car turns over but refuses to start.

I have tried holding the fobs on for 30 seconds. I have tried disconnecting the battery and attempting a reset. I have even tried reasoning with it! All to no avail.

Any ideas????????

as stated
I just sold a couple of keyfobs to a defunct Scorpion alarm on an SEC that I owned some years back. Took off various parts and as I say, thought perhaps the fobs could be useful to someone - guy crushed his fobs so very grateful as presumeably (?) can have them re-coded.

I have a key which is circular and hollow with a small engaging prong. From memory, it goes into the block of the system which was under the bonnet.
I am not sure if it is a standard key or one of several billion slightly different keys.

It has a number on it IS5061.

Anyway, seems as though you need to personal message the moderator to get the full sp of what you are seeking.
