Can’t speak highly enough about Alex Crowe of Stowmarket.

Booked my W204 in for new front discs and pads yesterday.

Despite the fact that I arrived over an hour late (due to heavy traffic), Alex got straight to work and completed the job while I waited!

I recommend all Mercedes owners to trust this guy to look after their beloved cars!

No, another guy (Nick) works with Alex.

They have built such a good reputation, there is currently a two-week wait for service - but well worth the wait!

Alex is the boss, with his name above the door

I have reached the end of my tether with Mercedes Benz Southend aka Jardine Motors, such is their incompetence.
Alex Crowe was recommended as the best Independent in the South-East, and am pleased to report his reputation is well earned.

2 weeks? Hes doing very well. We're currently at 3 weeks and an Indie I know up north (SPR) is currently at +4.

All the good ones are stacked.

We are into tail end of may ATM, with no space for more "non runners". Local garages keep bringing us merc specific stuff, which is great, but they expect an immediate service.
