Maybe you have water coming in somewhere, If you have a sun roof check that the drains are clear. the windows are bonded, but check the carpets all over, are they damp ?.

Probably the air con dust filter needs replacing. The symptoms you describe are typical of a blocked filter which is not allowing the air con to remove the condensation in the cabin. It then builds up until it is a real problem.

Windows closed, aircon on. Mine steams up quite quickly when I turn the aircon off. Seems odd that the filter is clogged so young but it does depend where you are I guess.
Basically,
1) there is moisture in the car - so where is it coming from? Just the ambient air or damp carpet/leaks , soggy items in the boot, doggy in the back, recent valet ...?
2) Moisture has a harder job sticking to clean windows so are they sparkly clean?
3) The aircon should dry out the air coming in through the heater and soaking up the moisture in the process - Is it? or if not, why isn't it?
Solve those 3 and you'll be able to see again.

My C43's pollen filter clogged up at 5 years/55,000 miles. My wife's Clios pollen filter now blocked up at 5 years/35,000 miles.

So, 35,000 miles in dusty London = blocked filter
