Alloy Cover

I have clipped the curb and chipped an alloy. I'm after advice please. Yes I have plowed through the literature I got with with the Car which covers me for 10 alloy incidents. I wasn't feeling well at the time and was coming home sick from work in my defense.

My issue is I can't seem to find a claim number or is this just done through the Mercedes Garage I bought it from? Appreciate any advice.

I would have thought the details would be in the handover wallet the seller gave you when you picked the car up. Failing that they should have a record give them a ring. It happens to us all
