Lets split some more, my indy measures the moisture content and decides if it needs replaced, you don't have to do it every two years if not needed.

Most wheel designs make it difficult, when the car is on the ramp, why not just spend an extra 5 minutes per corner, remove the wheels, clean corrosion from spigots etc

Cos we're talking dealers here. Why would a teenage mechanic spend 5 minutes taking the wheels off when that 5 minutes could be put to good use messaging his mates on facebook?
