Alloy Wheels/"Bolts" refurb

Anyone know of anyone in the NE doing alloy wheel refurbs? Ive got 5 spoke brabus style ones - the bolts round the rim are badly corroded as is the alloy itself - if anyone knows where i can get replacement bolts from even that would help.
