Hi does anyone know if w204 wheels will fit a w163 I know the offset is different but would it make a big difference ‽?

Don't forget if you fit "non-standard" wheels your insurers will have to approve.

Yup, because an ML is a fair bit heavier than a 204, so they may not be suitably rated for type approval... in which case you're insurance would be void.

yes of course, if you have an accident are using non standard, they could worm out it and will. They always ask at renewal time - any non standard components on the car.

If you are in accident and damage the wheels they go by the vin and you get what your came with, unless they know you upgraded. insurers will get your data card.
