I have aquired a set of SL 8 Holes which are 225/55 16's which I would like to fit to my E320CE whch has Orrible OE 195/65 15's.
I'm sure this question has been asked b4 and I apologise for that However................................H E L P :confused:

I think that you will find that the ET is out , where as the SL uses 35 the 124 uses 41.

The ET on MB means the offet from the face of the back plate that the wheel bolts to, the higher the number (mm) the further out the wheel are. if the ET is lower than the originals there is the danger of the wheel or tyre rubbing on the suspension parts. I do not think that you have ESP on your car so the handling will not be affected any big amount, here we are talking 5mm each side.
