Alternative Blower Motor

Hi,
I wonder if someone can answer my question.
I think my blower motor on my c180 is on its way out as it making a grinding noise and it wont work unless you give it a bit of a tap,well more than just a tap to get it to work.
I've enquired for a new one from mb , £200.00 for a new one.
I wonder if I could get an alternative, i mean a different one thats not mercedes but from ano. ther german car. Is it possible it may have the same fitting.

Sorry no such thing to my knowlege though the same as from some other models, how about from a breaker, though not a good idea.

maybe yours can be fixed
