The pulley cost approx £80 and is fairly easy to replace, about a 30 minute (at most) job

alternator pulley

Do it soonest, mine was squeeling for a couple of days untill i could get it to my local indy, where i was informed the pulley had welded itself onto the alternator shaft. Luckily, they managed to cut off pulley and replace without any damage to alternator (Alt = £800+).

Good luck,

Keith
