Thanks you. Managed to disconnect it. The white tab most likely is a locking mechanism, lifted it in the up position, and the black tab moves more freely, as you said. flat head then placed between the black and white tabs, pushing inward on the black tab then pull off the connector. I did also pull on the connector with a pair of pliers which may helped also.Hi
I believe the white part is to lock/unlock the connector, and the black tab immediately behind the white part will need to be either pulled forward or pushed back to release the connector.
I am not sure what position the white part needs to be in to release the tab but try gently moving the tab one way or the other with the white tab in both positions in one of these positions it should move slightly more which then should allow you to pull the connector away.
