Hi all,
I’ve just taken delivery of my C63s Cabriolet with the performance seats and I’m not sure if what follows is a fault or simply a quirk of design (and I think the dealer is a bit lost too). It relates to the adjustable bolsters on the squab (as opposed to the backrest). When activating the switch only the left hand bolster adjusts and the right hand one remains static. It seems to me that this may mean the seat isn’t functioning properly (as obvious as that may seem) but I had wondered if it was a deliberate setup due to the right hand offset of the pedals to leave some lateral movement of the right leg. I suspect I’m overthinking this and that both should move simultaneously as the backrest ones do but if anyone can confirm or deny this I’d be very grateful.
Regards
