AMG wheels on ML

I have been offered a set of AMG alloys from a w163 2001 ML 55 amg. They are 18" with 285/50/18 tyres.
Will they fit my 2006 W164 ML 320?

I think ur wheels will fit 18s should be ok on an ML the 285 part is the bit u worry about what u need to do is try one on and see it dont foul on the suspension and try it lock to lock, most of the tyre guys will have charts to tell u what u can go up to in size and offset. tho try and avoid spacers if u can cos they ruin wheel bearings and tracking

If they do fit, they will make your car ride rougher and tramline a lot more. The 235 originals are the best compromise tyre for the vehicle for ride and general handling. Saw a motoring writeup on one fitted with bigger wider tyres and it was bagged compared to the performance on 235's. Might look better but .......

Depends on your millage. Many og the new GL, ML's have 19's as standard and even 20"'s

Agree it will be harder but the suspension on an ML is softy soft (American bums) so should be fine
