Hi

is there an easy way to see fi your AMS sensor is working correctly.

Derrick Wells in Sufolk told me that my AMS was faulty- until i renewed this then they could not diagnose any further.

I could not afford a ewn one so i got a used one from Dronsfield. It is the ocrrect one etc.

However my problem of sluggish performance and no kickdown is sitill there. it may be something else but i need to know whether the AMS is working.

any advice

thanks

Marc

The MAF as we call it will not always show up on diagnosis, try the car with it unplugged or replace, cheapest from Bosch for a genuine one
