ANGEL / HALO lighs For E320 w210!!!

Hi i have a question? I have 1996 e320 and when i was looking at cardomain i saw this guy have angel lights????? on his w210 i was shocked because never seen something so nice!!!! So been wondering ever since i saw his car, how did he do it??? How can you have Halo lights on E320!!! I have putted some pictures so you will have an idea what i am talking about. Any help would be nice! ( i also posted this on bezworld but nobody new how to answer this one so i thought to put it here:))

Maybe he just painted them on after he took the pic.. First pic.. speed City ..the shop in the background seems to be the place..

I have seen someone on fleabay selling white LEDS strung together for just this sort of thing.

so i want them on my e class so does anyone have ideas where he
inserted those LEDs or what did he do?

not my idea of fun but I dare say someone in China will make the lights. Not very difficult to do after all. I'd scan ebay if I wanted such things.

lol i wish they made them in china so i can by them on ebay!

yea how would u put them inside the lens to make it look as above in the picture?

You would have to remove the headlamp unit, then the lens and place them inside. I would think that they'd be stuck to the front edge of plastic shroud through which the bulbs are inserted, close to the actual lens.

If the LEDS already come with a convertor or are 12V then I would think that you may be able to piggy back them off the sidelight feed. Only word of warning is that by doing so you may trip the bulb failure warning. Maybe a seperate power feed and relay would be best.

There's a DIY post on renovating headlamp lenses for the W210.

They would look much better if the led's went right around instead of just a horseshoe :shock:

Don't waste your money, one of my Son's has something similar in his BMW, they cost around £90 a set and blow every 3 months, and all his highlight warning lights are constantly on. look ok though.
