I assume your S class is 220 model. Open the ash tray and remove the two screws (1 either side) then remove the ash tray this then reveals two more screws point up at an angle towards the screen remove these and with draw tha panel around the sat nav ( clips in at top ) you can then remove sat nav if ness this alows ample access to the console area
