another bit that does'nt seem to work well

When I turn the heating on in my 107 it is either cold fully of or 3000 degrees if the lever is moved in the slightest direction north is there adjustment somewhere?

The valves controlling the flow are located on the firewall just behind the air cleaner. There should be a vacuum pipe connected to them. Move the levers inside and see how the react.
