well ive so far had no news about my car. i keep phoning about it and they hadnt done anything with it for the first 2 weeks. week 3 and i phoned up on wednesday and receptionist told me "theyre working on it now. it should be ready tomorrow" (thursday)
phoned the garage again friday and asked if my car was ready as id been told they hoped it would be "er, no" was the reply. the receptionist seemed to have no idea what, if anything, they had done with it, what the fault is or how long it will be before its ready for me. getting really annoyed now, especially as we had a family emergency last weekend and i had no transport whatsoever!!:cry:
i have decided that if i dont hear soon, i shall bypass phoning the garage and phone the owner on his mobile. i was told by one of the mechanics last friday that its the gartage owner that is working on my car. if nothing else, at least i should get a better picture of whats going on!
as you can imagine, im starting to get really annoyed now. no wonder i never use garages:twisted:
