This has come with the Mercedes just purchased. It's about the size of a fag packet and has a retractable aerial with two blue buttons that causes the LED to light up at the top. The Mercedes badge and a Webasto badge are also on the device (I know Webasto make sunroof's). Heres the pics (sorry about quality...it's off a mobile):

Did your dealer not give you a conducted tour of the car and all its features. They are supposed to.
Did you order remote garage door opener? I've never seen what you have got.
Does it make the tea? No sugar for me:grin:

Is it not the long range remote so you can turn on the heater.

the heater should be under the offside front wing at the front

Car was purchased from within the trade (I am a motor trader), but will be used by me for a trip through europe on Wednesday. The car does have a auxiliary heater (control are in the cigar lighter/ashtray!). Still got to get my other half to translate the german handbook! How do these things usually work then? Can I get the car to warm itself up on a cold winters morning (both engine and interior).

Yes these things work by warming the cooling system, you can have a timer so that the car is warm when you need it, the remote that you have is the long distance one
