Any genious there Problem Problem 230 Engine Cut off

230 1989 model. engine cut off on traffic signal or in slow driving...stationery position RPM goes up itself makes gerkes...if not hard brak press...car move fast forward....

Poor running

Check the fuse in the Over Voltage Protection relay. It's located behind the battery. It's silver in colour and has a flip open lid with a fuse inside.

Is it carb or injection.. if it is injection try the air flow meter ..or clean flap on air intake...

People!! Problem Fixed Engine Cut Off 124 230E

Problem: Engine cut off on every traffic signal or going slow......
Solution: Over power protection relay is replaced ....Problem fixed.

Over power relay is behind the batter...remove black plastic sheild and right hand side plastic square cover. Pull up this cover and find a relay underneath with clear cap on the top.

Orignialy my 230E has relay with one fuse on the top but when I could not find the relay with one fuse relay I install the relay with 2 fueses it work perfect.
