hi guys, i have a couple of questions that i hope some one can help with,
first one, is there any way of reducing the amount of drag you get when your in drive on an auto, in ( R ) she's fine go in to ( D ) and theres so much pull nearly stalls, when your breaking for a stop rev's are about 750-800 rpm in ( P ) or ( n ) or ( r ) as soon as you go into ( d ) drops to 550 - 600 ?
2nd one, temp gauge starts off ok, after say two miles starts jumping around goes from 80- 90- 120- off the gauge, give the dash a firm tap and drops back to 80, a few seconds later starts all over again, once she's got to the normal operating temps say 10 miles its fine just sits at 80-85 my concerns are if i hit the dash to hard it may set off the air bags, she's not loosing water and not over heating, over the last year or so fitted new wiring harness and temps sender probes ?? any thoughts on this one
sorry forgot to say 1993 e280 / chassie no / wdb 1240282b917138
many thanks rod
