 I don't know if anyone else gets this, but when I get up a height, I have the urge to jump off, so I'd probably have the urge to drive off!

Anyone else get that? Or when you're by a lorry having the urge to drive into it? Or is that just me?

I take it you aren't planning a trip to Bolivia then? From some of those photos, you'd get the chance to perform both of your urges simultaneously! :D

There is a road in Cornwall on the way to Watergate Bay that is really narrow and drops very steeply and at one point all you can see is the sea. It's VERY scary (especially when some surfer dude comes the other way in a camper van). Lots of Cornwall has bits where you can drive or stand horribly close to certain death.

I must say I stood on a little ledge on the side of the Grand Canyon once with a drop of about 700 feet and the last thing going through my mind was "go on, jump". Infact my legs would have steadfastly refused to obey the order if they had received it anyway. They were being awkward about just climbing back off the ledge. Never had any issue with heights prior to that.

btw, I'm sending this courtesy of the wireless network at Tony Purslow Mercedes in Guildford. They are very kindly letting me use an office whilst changing both front and rear pads on my car (all paid for with my Service Plus contract). Happy days....

Well, thankfully and for others I've had the wing seat and didn't notice the Emergency Exit :)

I am like that too, I think quite a lot of people get that urge.

Parphrasing from Pulp Fiction watch out that LB's partener doesn't 'get medieval on your ass'. You should also be careful not to upset 'the bride'

no intention if upsetting anyone. I stand by the comments of the former speaker though.....hubada, hubada, hubada......

btw, if anyone ever said that about a picture of me I would A) fall of my perch in surprise and B) show it to my wife to point out that there is somone out there who's obviously slightly more deranged than she was to marry me.
